Dietetic energy

The Fire element governs the Heart and the small intestine. A suitable diet helps support joy, mental clarity, and the harmonious flow of Qi, while preventing internal overheating.

  • Promote a balanced and refreshing diet, without excessive stimulants.
  • Favor foods that are cool or neutral in nature, slightly bitter or acidic, which temper the Fire
